Summer Programs for Young Artists 2010

Your kids will have a blast this summer taking a pottery class at the KC Clay Guild. We have several classes available to fit just about any schedule. Your child will learn the basics of handbuilding or wheel throwing to create small items out of clay.

Children who have taken our pottery classes have made everything from bowls, mugs, and vases to sculptures and other creative things. One student made clay pendants that she could wear and share with her friends. Another student sculpted all the characters from his favorite video game. All it takes is a little know-how and a lot of imagination. We teach them the know-how. They supply the imagination!
