THE HOLIDAY SALE WAS WET THIS YEAR BUT WENT OFF AS PLANNED. The weather did not help
with turnout much but we had a lot of fun.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, September 21-23 we had a ball in "The Learning Center" at the Plaza Art Fair. We did handbuilding and throwing demonstrations all weekend and even got drenched friday night. We have since had a wonderful response and gained new members. Thank you to all who came and to those who worked the show too.
LAST RAKU NIGHT
Saturday October 13 was Fall Raku Night and we needed all the help we got, especially the weather. After raining hard for 2 days prior to the event mother nature halted the deluge just in time for us to set up and hold the event. The crowd was not as heavy as we would have liked but about 150 attended and the band and food were great. The pots fired up very nicely this time also. thanks to all who came to our party.
